Dr. Chip Harvey earned a B.S. in Biology from Frostburg State University and graduated with Clinical Honors from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. Dr. Harvey has been a part of Allegany Optical for five years and has been in private practice in Kaiser, West Virginia and Cumberland, Maryland for 18 years.
