Dr. Nagaraju Kemidi earned his Bachelor of Science in Optometry from Bausch & Lomb School of Optometry in Hyderabad, India (affiliated with Birla Institute of Technology and Science). After graduation, Dr. Kemidi worked in LV Prasad Eye Institute, a tertiary eye care center recognized by the World Health Organization. Dr. Kemidi then earned his Doctor of Optometry from New England College of Optometry in Boston and interned at the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute in Miami. Dr. Kemidi’s areas of interest are pediatric eye exams; diabetic ocular exams; the cornea and contact lenses, especially contact lens fitting for irregular corneas like keratoconus; and external eye disease diagnosis and management.
