Dr. Stan Bowser earned a B.S. in Environmental Science from Juniata College and received his Doctorate of Optometry in 1988 from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. Dr. Bowser enjoys an active outdoor lifestyle. He has been a part of Allegany Optical’s staff since 1988.
