Dr. Vincent Facchinei graduated from the Pennsylvania State University in 1984 with a B.S. in Biology. After earning his Doctorate of Optometry from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 1988, he joined the Allegany Optical staff. He practices and resides in Shippensburg, Pennsylvania with his wife and two children.
